Beach holiday – here are some tips to plan your meals in advance

I love my family and I love it if they can visit it for a long time. A few years ago my family and my brother's family began to gather for a week on the shore of the northern shore. We rent an apartment and enjoy the company. It was very good! I'm the one who loves cooking (and eating), so I'm trying to try my efforts. Over the years I have found it important to plan ahead to spend time with them and not just concentrate on food – though this is one of my favorite things in life!

So there are some tips that worked well for us, and made the journey a bit organized and made carefree. You have to do all the normal things to the beach like wine, soda, water, toiletries, fabrics, paper towels, foil, napkins etc. who are willing to buy at home and buy them and those they want to buy at the seaside grocery stores.
But focus on the food.

First I list the menus that will enjoy the group on the nights we will cook and not eat at a restaurant. And since the sun is so exposed, do not forget about the appetizers and the dessert! Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let's start with the breakfast.

I usually make a couple of breakfast dinners, coffee cakes or muffin recipes that can be made there. Think of cereals, fruit juices and bagels too. This depends on the group's preferences. Oh, and do not forget the coffee!

Lunches are usually tiny sandwiches, taco, pasta salad, nachos and peanut butter, as well as jelly or roasted cheese sandwiches. Most lunch ingredients have been bought on the beach, but beef can be made before taco and pasta salad. Beef can freeze.

Now for dinner. We talk about appetizers, main courses, pages and desserts. About half of the nights we go to a restaurant, so we spend 3-4 days with dinner in the apartment, which is to be prepared-though we regularly order pizza for a meal

Since this is always a beach holiday for us, we expect at least one seafood to buy and prepare. I usually buy shrimp and mussels and deeply fry them with local bread. Furthermore, pasta and meatballs always reach the enormous appetites we build on a long, sunny shore. Prepare meatballs and dough powders and freeze them. I also bake some bacon and I'm frozen. Another idea is to make grilled Teriyaki chicken breasts. If you have a fourth dinner, we usually choose seafood while getting fresh. Our group's favorite shrimp. At this dinner I used to bake stewed shrimp. Local fish markets usually have a great cocktail sauce unless you want to do your own, which you would prefer.

the most important thing is to organize and anticipate what we will do. Then it's easy to determine what you can do and when to prepare. The more you can finish before you travel, you spend more time relaxing and less headaches while you are away.

It is important to make sure that you include items you know or want your family during the trip and may not be available on the beach. For example, your favorite coffee or cheese. Depending on the menu, you can choose to bring your own dishes, cutlery, etc. with you. You never know how the condominium or rental property will be in the kitchen.

I hope these tips help in vacations. I will include some recipes in the later articles I mentioned here, although there are many variations available. Keep in mind that you are looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes to reduce your time in the kitchen.

We've been planning for the past two years, and just leave it where and what nights to go for dinner. But these decisions may get stuck while you are hanging on the shore or the pool
